CRS Announces New Programming & QA Manager

MONTOURSVILLE, PA—CRS Advanced Technology, the provider of the SubFinder^® absence management software, welcomes Richard McKee as programming and quality assurance manager. 

McKee joins CRS after 24 years of service with the Carole Hochman Design Group, a leading design firm and manufacturer of women’s daywear, sleepwear and loungewear located in Williamsport, PA. He began his career with Carole Hochman as a senior programmer/analyst in 1987 and shortly thereafter found himself in the position of application development manager where he also created and managed the training department and the business analysis department.  He took part in the development of the project management process, serving as project manager on many projects and mentoring his team to become project leaders.  His dedication and diligence paid off when he was awarded the position of application development director and served as interim CIO. 

McKee is originally from Montoursville, and attended Lycoming College in neighboring Williamsport where he earned a BA in mathematics.  He additionally has managed IT and accounting departments for the Lycoming County government and served as a consultant system development engineer at Compudata Services in Selinsgrove, PA.

He is looking forward to working with the CRS programming and QA team to provide them with support, encouragement, and empowerment to assist them in achieving their goals and focus on personal growth and development.  “The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere have made my transition from a long-term job to my new position much easier.  I hope my experience and new perspective will contribute to the continued growth of CRS and the ongoing development of our products and services. He and his wife have four sons; two of which attend Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.  He enjoys travel, trips to the beach, reading, games, and spending time with his family.
