CRS Incorporated update on the Frontline Placement licensing agreement

Re: CRS Incorporated and Frontline Placement Agreement Update

Dear Customer:

In an effort to keep you informed of the latest information regarding our company and the products and services we offer, CRS Incorporated would like to take this opportunity to issue an update on the status of the licensing agreement CRS entered into with Frontline Placement Technologies.

CRS and Frontline entered in to a licensing agreement in November of 2004 covering technology for which Frontline was issued two patents. Since that time CRS has fully upheld its obligations under the terms of the agreement, including payment of all royalties due. Frontline is now attempting to collect royalties on services and technology not covered by the patents.

CRS intends to aggressively protect its rights and will contest any claims brought against us by Frontline Placement. In addition CRS will be filing a countersuit to establish, among other things, that Frontline’s termination of our licensing agreement was wrongful and without basis. We believe we do not infringe on any validly enforceable patents. Additionally we will be requesting a reexamination of the two Frontline patents.

CRS is an established company that has provided substitute placement products and services for more than twenty years, well before Frontline came into existence. This will by no means affect our future or our customers.

For further information regarding this matter please feel free to contact your Account Specialist.

Sincerely,

Steve Uzupis
Vice President
