MONTOURSVILLE, PA— CRS Advanced Technology, is pleased to announce the release of the newest version of SubFinder, their flagship software product. SubFinder Version 5.10 includes many anticipated features and enhancements designed to enrich the user experience and further simplify processes, as well as provide improved functionality and additional reporting options.
One major enhancement is a simplification in absence reporting. Employees reporting absences online can now enter all absence and job information on a single website screen. Previously, employees clicked through several screens to include information such as file attachments and special instructions. Now, all information can quickly and easily be added through one screen.
Additional enhancements enable employees and substitutes to view their schedules in a calendar format, including days off and days scheduled to work. Employees also have the ability to view their itinerant schedules. Likewise, substitutes will be able to view employees’ itinerant schedules when reviewing available jobs. Site-based exclusion lists will now be honored for itinerant employees.
The WebConnect and WebConnect Pro features have been combined, allowing all users to access SubFinder online through one URL. In addition, site administrators now have access to over 30 reports online, with newly added reports including: Long-Term Assignment, Itinerant Employees, No Employee Jobs and more.
"Our upgrades are driven by feedback from our customers and the changing needs of our target markets.
