Getting Started with SubFinder® CRS Advanced Technology is proud to have the most experienced and effective implementation and training staff in the industry and we continually receive accolades from our customers. It is our experience that great training produces the happiest, most satisfied customers. Each training specialist utilizes proven methods to ensure your success and a complete understanding of the system. Onsite, on-hands training plays a key role in the total SubFinder solution. SubFinder is already recognized as the most powerful and easy-to-use system available. CRS Advanced Technology further enhances the benefits of your system by providing a complete training program. Planning The first step in the installation of SubFinder is a planning meeting. Prior to this meeting, you will receive a planning meeting manual full of technical information, a detailed list of tasks necessary for the proper implementation of SubFinder and a “things to do” checklist. Step by step, we walk you through the details to ensure that everything is set and ready for the upcoming installation. By the end of this meeting, everyone has a clear understanding of their responsibilities and a timeline for accomplishing each task. Training Session A CRS Advanced Technology training specialist will teach your main SubFinder operator and a backup operator how to use SubFinder at your site. Comprehensive, thorough training means that you’ll be experienced and fully operational in just three short days. Your training specialist will utilize our “Training the Trainer” program to instruct representatives from your district to be local trainers. You’ll have a number of employees who can teach new employees and substitutes how to use the SubFinder system.
Once your SubFinder system is up and running, you will be assigned a dedicated account specialist who will continue to provide a high level of customer care. You may also take advantage of one of our many continuing education and training opportunities.
